Citimortgage approve my loan Mod last week and I signed and delievered the payment and my loan being reset .. wow wow wow... keep plugging along everybody don't quit if it takes 24 months like me never give up...

Was all the DOCS signed sealed and delivered..??? f so then Congrats...Glad to see Sillyt Citi has a Heart without outside help

Thank you SW if it wasn't for loan safe I still will checking my front door for a thirty days notice, I wasn't getting no where with customer service with Citi so I called the executive line and this where I am today, my mortgage is in better shape whew..... and Yes my doc's signed and notarized and cashier check mailed next day air by ups

I am a retired navy vet, I have a va loan my percent was 6.5 now it's 5.0 I am paying only 20 bucks more than the original loan for me that's not bad for me it was the military transistion to civilian life that hurt me.....

Yes... it is never give up, I heard people say they walk away from their home that they live for 10 to 15 years that's crazy, sell your home but never let the bank take it......
