Closing cost for loan modification - Loan Modification Forum

Hi,
Lender 'Patelco' approved my loan modification and received the loan documents. Documents says I have to pay $1300 lender fees which includes documents fees, apprisal fees.

Anybody received like this documents from lender for loan modification?

I kept receiving collection calls from BofA after my mod was completed thru NACA. I finally called and they said I owe $1800 in misc. foreclosure fees.
