After 6 months of hassle Well's Fargos lack of communication, request for further and further paperwork that I already gave them. Well that only started after I was Blessed to be told about this site. For all who feel like it's the bottom and no where else to go. Listen to those on this site. I was not the person to be the squeaky wheel. But I finally hammered them constantly plus got my loan officer who did my loan on their case. Keep giving them a weekly hardship letter about what this is doing. Try getting to their email, it helps to call in the hardship information as well as email and snail mail. Show them the trashing of credit score effects on other bills even car insurance can go up by low credit score. If your in trouble due to the economy and issues in our country keep pushing. I am a single parent, self-employed on the low end of middle income. Supposedly I am a prime candidate if you can get them to listen. Thank you to the creators of Loansafe.org, all those who post information and encouragement. You are a Blessing to us all out here. Again another BIG THANK YOU |

I am waiting on their docs to exhale all the way and work hard on my Dave Ramsey Gazelle Budget to help secure me from this again. I heard via phone so I will believe all of what was said when I see it in writing. |

So the docs about modification explain that it's a two step process. They gave me a trial period with 3 payments due. I understood that from other's on this site showing what they had happen. But what I also saw was something I've read about to. The phrases are after trial period you will then be reviewed for the modification. There's a statement about having to do credit counceling with HUD or Hope Now which I did when they first sent me to the Hope Now link on WF website. There is also a statement that I have to stop all automatice withdrawals from my account. That I don't feel is correct I think it's my choice to pay bills that way. I have 3, 2 cannot be ended one is my daughters tuition which is paid by her child support. The other is an agreement with a credit card comp. I made that would lower my interest so I can pay it off quickly. Then there's a paragraph after the box where I see trial period payments that states the first payment after the last payment of the trial period will commence on 01/09/13. I hope typeO because the trial period ends on Dec. 1 2009. The last thing was on the phone I was told I had the modification and now I am being asked to send and fill out the same application paperwork as I have sent them atleast 4 times since May or June. There is no mention in the paperwork about the interest rates he quoted me on phone and I know without it in writing it's not binding. So yes still breathing hoping he did state it correct and this is an error like the other two letters I got that day. But now I can't say I definitely got the modification. But he got an email sent to him first thing this morning with my questions and concerns. |
