Contact needed at NACA and ALS - Please respond!

Hi all-

I'm looking for any help you can offer. I was told by ALS that a negotiator has my information and is assigned but I haven't heard anything. Does anyone have any numbers that I can call to try and get more information? I have the home retention number but not too much help.

Also, I'm working with NACA and need a contact number of a supervisor or counselor. My counselor told me to call every 2 wks but gave me the general 800 number which has been no help. My emails haven't been answered either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I know the process can take a while but I want to be a little birdie in their ears as much as possible in an effort to get my modification processed.

NACA will deal with your negoitator at ALS directly. I'm sure you will recieve an email or phone call from them soon..

Evan - you are perpetually optimistic about NACA, and that's wonderful, but they are not responding to phone messages (I've left two) or e-mails (4), and their 800 number discourages you from staying on hold (did try recently.. I was 64th or something like that in line. Couldn't wait that long). If you know anyone at NACA and can just clue us in to what's up, that would be great. They submitted to my servicer (Chase) on 4/24, and Chase said they were reviewing it on 6/1, but it's been two months now and I have heard nothing from NACA and they don't return my calls or e-mails. I don't know if they are still a viable option for me or not.

I have been working with NACA since 03/2009 & getting through on the 800 number is taking longer & longer. I came across this contact info provided by another member & am going to try it on Monday since no one called me for my scheduled appointment today. Yest today Saturday I was supposed to receive a follow up call per my conversations with a NACA repo on 08/06/09. Good luck everyone. Let's keep each other posted & up to date with new info regardless of the results.
