NACA/BoA Success - Loan Modification Forum

I wanted to update on my story, we submitted with NACA in Sep. 08. I am glad to say our modification is complete. I believe without NACA/Loan Safe I would not be at this point. I wanted to give up many times.

Our account is updated online and BoA even sent us a letter saying they corrected our credit reports (we were current but they were reporting us late).

Success here too...Modification finally approved..One question...the modification figures add 6 months payments to the loan balance but I made 2 payments that are being held in suspense. Anyone know what they will do with those payments?
