I have not had much luck finding information on this lender. My parents have their mortgage through them and I am trying to help them with applying for a MOD. They have worked so hard and I cannot watch them lose their beautiful home that they deserve so much. Also, do you recommend sending in a hardship letter before being given any information on a loan modification application? Any suggesstions, advice, help would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you! |

Hi Jmmcarthy, I suggest that you call in to United bank and let them know that you want to apply for a loan modification. They will let you know what to send as far as hardship , paystubs, bank statements, tax returns, etc. It would also be best if you have all this info handy when you call and be ready to fax right away. One thing that is key in achieving a mod is to follow up a lot, maybe every few days or so. To make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
