All my loans are current on time I am retired,both me and wife no job,health problem,my investmnet account went down 40% ( vangurad ,mutual funds ,stcks bond) and new rest interest rate is too high to pay mortgage. my total income is SS ,withdrawal fron investment account and rental income toal is $9739 and my total expeses are $9750. how to write hardship letter and how to present the LM and what are the chance approval I'm wellsfargo.
