Mom, deleting your thread would prevent others from reading about how long you fought and how hard, and how it paid off on the end, so I've combined the story so those in the same place can see that THINGS CAN GET BETTER!!! Don't you agree?

I was corresponding with *** yesterday afternoon about the moderators in the forum and I had said something like, "Momof3boys, I'm sorry she got shot down by her lender."...I am glad the reverse-jinx was in effect! Seriously, your persistence paid off - Congrats and have a great weekend |

I am here to say: Loan Modifications DO WORK!!! Our first "official" payment under our new terms was in November 2007. We have not been a day late, EVER, since that day! HomEq gave us a payment we COULD afford and live comfortably! I have spent everyday of this past year, feeling like I again was a first time homeowner! The joy being granted a modification has brought us was immense! I STILL feel like one of the luckiest girls in the world! Moe, looking at the numbers on the site warms my heart! Your site is doing wonders for the American Homeowners! Keep up the great work!!! I am hoping to be a little more active now that the kids are in school, and especially with all the turmoil going on. Thanks again Moe, if it wasn't for you I would be a renter rather than a homeowner... YOUR THE BEST!

I cannot forget when my 2 older boys were waving to me from the front door when I was on my way to the hospital to have my third boy 2 yrs ago. HomeQ won't take that image away from me. And I'm fighting with HomeQ and I felt the same way for so long. The difference is that I couldn't take it any longer and I certainly moved out 2 month ago from my 2006 to a 1935 rent house. I'm sorry but I couldn't stand it being there. I thought it'd be a fresh start .The house was soo old, the neighborhood so unsafe and without being superticious I started having bad luck...(accidents, feeling depressed, nervous, etc). HomeQ offered me different loan mods in the past but at ridiculous payments... impossible to pay (they even told me to get rid of my cars in order to pay the house..LOL) Anyways, I'm working on the HAMP program now with them and moved back to my house(it needs to be owner occupied). People and family might say I'm crazy but I don't care. I'm gonna stay at my fort until they kick my big butt out. I wish I'd have seen this blog before. but it's ok..never too late. Has anyone ever thought of a Class Action Suit? This will be my unipersonal class action against HomeQ...LOL..One on One HomeQ..I'm ready. |

We got our 1st mod back in Feb 09, going from 8.1 to 7.5% and personally thought that was a smack in the face. Hate to leave money on the table so we agreed but now (even after 1st Mod) we are coming short of our savings and in jeopardy of missing a payment. So far i have requested help from HOMEQ with no response back. I noticed they participated with HAMP Aug of 09. Has anyone had any luck since ? |
