So not to go into too much detail...
I was rudely denied a loan mod the summer last year of last yr.
It really bummed me out and things got bad.
About Jan Ist,09 decided to try again to modify
my loan because I was in a 9.1arm and my
rate change would be this month and it would
basically be "game over" with no more quarters.
With your support and voices, I did it!!!
It took about 1yr and 45 days, 2 mental breakdowns,
massive credit damage but now I got approved for a
loan mod to a 5% 30yr. fixed!!!
There are no words that really can express the having
"peace of mind" knowing I can retain my roof over
my head. I just wanted to thank everyone here because I couldn't have done it without you!!!
