i live in ga, my loan is with (countrywide) i owe 198000.00 @ 11.50% pmt of 2001.00 no inpounds the aprazl came back at 311000.00. i have been work 2 full time job to make ends meet lost 1 job due the down size i have had my home phone ,cell phone, cable, turned off just to cut back and food too we are just living day to day.im doing this at work.i call and talked to a lady in inda she took all my info and said could do a loan mod i faxed all the info she ask for time after time to all the fax # i could find no one has called me whatsoever.so i faxed it to the (L. A. TIMES)

Now see what happens everyone jumps in...have you tried calling, calling, calling and faxing, faxing and faxing. You can not expect them to call you back, they do not. You have to be the one to be responsible in this matter.

who do call at cw to get some fast help i know their has to be someone that still has a heart. when i call i all ways get someone in inda. i did talk to one guy here in the usa he said cw could not help due to the markit being so bad.what do i do.

i live in franklin county i was on time with my pmts til lost my 2 job my has not adj yet it was 11.50 from the get go. the loan officer said this was a hard money loan but cw said they do not do hard money.they charged over 20,000.00 in closeing cost

I don't know what to say, that is amazing. I am amazed. You need to get all of your closing papers together. Please to night get all of your papers together I have some questions I want to ask about the loan but you will have to refer to the closing papers. So if you would please get all of the papers together from when you applied for the loan and the papers you got from closing and let me know tomorrow when you have them by the computer. I need to ask some questions about the papers in the package.

i got computer at work last nite and i faxed a copy of my hardship letter to all tv news ,and news papers across the usa if they had a fax ## we sent it this with on 5 hours of the 12 i worked.
