| | | Re: just got a call from the presidents office at Nah, do the QWR at the same time it appears to help the process from what we are seeing here and in other areas. Do the steps that I outlined initially and all of the calling and faxing stuff and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. | | Re: just got a call from the presidents office at | |

| | | Re: just got a call from the presidents office at Hey everyone,
I emailed kay jemison and got a call back right away. They have referred me to someone in the office of the president. Sounds good anyway. I still have not received a call back from the person I was referred too.
I was told today when I called the home retention department for the 300th timd that 3 days ago my modification was denied. Funny thing is I call in daily and no one has told me that one until today. Isn't that weird?
Not sure where I should go with this one. I have felt like a sitting duck. For what, I may have had a chance to reduce some of the fees charged to me in wasted time by just re-filing a chapter 13. Suggestions????? | | Re: just got a call from the presidents office at

Welcome to the forum.......
Were you in the midst of a Chapter 13 when you tried for the modification?

| | | Re: Trying Too Save My Home From CW Sorry but I was sleeping at that time....let me know when you are back on line and you do not have to say anything to Country Wide, just make a QWR demand. | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW! | |

| | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW! Kenneth, I have also received a call from the presidents office. Fairly quickly. I mailed them a "packgage" on Saturday so I was pleasantly surprised. Any suggestions Moe or Poppy? What was your experience with their office Kenneth?
I know this is only the beginning but I am hoping the quick response is positive. My letter was extremly urgent(as everyone's I guess) and I asked for a quick response because of my "situation". | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW!

| | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW! You will get some rather rapid response I would think, the circumstances that you have with a husband being deployed and the "delicate" condition that you are in will most likely compel them to act. It would not be good for PR to have a family in your situation held out as the "poster family" for Country Wide's callousness, which is what I assumed all along.
You hold some Ace cards.....use them. Call back if you do not hear tomorrow, do not let them drop the ball. Always, with this situation keep the momentum up, you can control that. | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW!

| | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW! They require the most recent 2 months of bank statements so for instance if your bank statement closes on the 6th of the month then you would send:
Dec. 6-Jan. 5 (1st month)
Jan. 6-Feb. 5 (2nd month)
Just the two most recent ones....

| | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW! Most recent 2 months, i.e. Dec & Jan....make sure that you annotate the expenses that are due to husbands travel and clearly denote that they are out of pocket reimbursed by a Federal reimbursement policy, that it is not income, and that your income due to your condition is STOPPED. You must also, I think put a real quick cover letter to the Bank Statements, to reflect that reimbursement by the Feds to your husband, show them extrapolated, and to address your old income that is not germane any longer as your ability to work has been impeded by ....... Hope you sent that picture, it is worth a thousand words.... | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW! | |

| | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW! This is for Andrew or anyone???...I am in a similar situation where I am pregnant(due yesterday) and I am trying to project these expenses into my budget. I am trying to stay home with my little one if I can especially since my husband will be gone.
Since we are in a state of transition financially and this is my first child, I want to accurately include these expenses in my budget but since this is my first child, I can only guess. Did you break it down this far? My budget is reflective of what we have to work with now however our bank statement in December has a lot of prenatal and holiday expenses plus I was still working quite a bit. Januaury though is a major shift since I am no longer working. To make it more confusing my husband travels very often and uses our account, not a credit card. He is reimbursed by the military which makes it even more confusing to have these random deposits. I hope I get a good and patient negotiator to explain all this! | | Re: Just Got a Call from the Presidents Office at CW!
