Help with Indymac Bank

Hi, My name is Kirsten... I have recently suffered a family hardship and have several ime contacted Indy mac bank who holds my mortgage and asked for help and they keep telling me I do not qualify for help because I owe more on my house than it is worth...which hello is everybody. My husband is stuck in mexico for an unknown period of time and I went from two incomes to one and can not keep up with all our bills on my salary and raise our two small kids. I make about 2400 a month and our mortgage it 2219. I have contacted them several time with no luck. I was wondering if anyone knows who else I can contact, who are they partnered with since their buy out???? I am very fustrated as many people are but I have lost mu husband and childerns father, I can not lose our home tooo. please help me if you can.

If this is the only property that you own and it is owner occupied, you may want to see if you can go through NACA instead to see if they are able to help you................the services through NACA are free and they will help you with a budget and put together a modification proposal to present to your investor through IndyMac..................

Thank you for your quick response. I will try that and let you know what happens. Yes this is the only property I own and I currently occupied that resience. I am just afraid because of my situation with my husband no longer able to help me we will lose the house, so any help is greatly appreciated.
