What happens if ASC never sent a ACT 91 notice and you are facing foreclosure?

Is ASC on another property or the same one as CW?

sorry about that. ASC is for a friend of mine that has a sheriff sale in April and never was served a ACT 91 notice and has a conventional loan.

they would need to go to a foreclosure attorney in their state for a consult on what the options would be.

Also my friend wants to do a short sale, who should he go to?

the short sale would need to be approved by the investor............you can't just decide to do one.............

Have him call ASC and see if that is an option
