Wells Fargo Modification - Loan Modification Forum

I have a first with Wells fargo of $350k 4.975% fixed 30 year... never late. I have a 2nd $230k 8.66% now late 2 months. 8 months ago I lost roughly $37k in yearly income. I have talked to CW until I'm blue in the face and they refuse to do anything for meIt amases me that he property is now upside down by about $200k and they won't work with me. They tell me to sell it for market value and walk away. Do they not relise they are the ones that will lose the $200k? I am thinking of hiring a lawyer to mediate. Any advice out there for san Diego county??????
