9 months behind.....really

We bought our home w/ctywide of course like most of us we got 2 mortgages, our first loan is 260,000 and the 2nd heloc for 50,000. We had a hardship my husband had a heart attack,
then he lost his job afterwards. Now we did a hardship with ctywide and they kept us in lala..land waiting in the Hope program, stating that we qualify but they were waiting for our approval and then we will recieve a fedex package. I'm still waiting for that fedex, it's been three months later and now I just got my salary reduce, due to the economy...So we decided to hire an attorney.

Re: 9 months behind.....really

yes, only one property we both have an income but not enough to pay all the debts. I'm worried cause I'm 9months behind, haven't recieved any foreclosure or notice from countrywide.

Please do not post the names of attorneys or companies that have not been authorized by LoanSafe............we can only comment on the attorneys that have been authorized to be on loansafe that we have already checked out, here is the link...........
Safe Loan Modification Service | Home Mortgage | Protect Your Home & Mortgage With Loan Safe

Since this is the only property that you own and it is owner occupied......you may want to try NACA instead for a modification..............their services are free...........and they work with your investor through CW to help get you a low fixed rate modification.
