eddiez06,

If you girlfriend's income at that time is able to support the payments and expenses...........than once she has documentation of one month of pay stubs, she should be able to apply for a modification........but it will be up to the investor on her loan.

Who is the lender?

Re: Help with your opininon

Carrington Mortgage is very easy to work with............all she would need to do is to log into her account and select financial hardship from the navigation bar and it will walk through the process...........I believe with Carrington you can submit everything online.........and if not, there should be contact number for her.
