Emc is gonna kill me - Loan Modification Forum

I am in trouble with EMC they keep keeling me with fees and forbearce plans that arte more then I can afford has anyone had luck with a loan mod with them

Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining.........
The modifications given are up to the investors on the loans........and if the deficit on the financials does not support a modification.........they will not modify the loan..........

What is your interest rate at?
Is it fixed or adjustable?
If adjustable when is it adjusting?
Are you paying interest only?
What is the loan amount?
Do you have one loan or two?
Are you in default and if so by how many months?
