| Loan mod Wells Fargo

I am new on this. I hope someone can give me an advise. Back in August 2008 I applied for a loan modification from Wells Fargo due to rate increased and was approved to a 6.75 interest rate from 7.75. My monthly payment went down to at least $200.00. However, after 2 months my husband's income was tremendously reduced that even my new payments now is hard to afford. I called Wells Fargo and informed them our situation and inquire if I can applied for a loan modification for the 2nd time. Their advised is for me to send a hardship letter, copy of our pay stubs and monthly expensed. I sent them right away and called after a week to check if they have received all paper work they needed. I was informed that they had never received them. It tooked at least 3 - 4 times of faxing before I was informed that they finally received them. Their suggestions was to call at least once a week to check on the status of our modification but I called everyday just to get an update. Two weeks ago, Friday I was informed that someone had been assigned and reviewing my application. Monday, I called again, just to find out that my application was "removed" in the system. And their explanation was because I broke my original arrangement with them. That I need to resubmit all paper work again. I don't have the problem sending them all they needed. However, I am now scared that they may not approved my request to modified my loan for the 2nd time. Do you think, Wells FArgo will give me a loan modification for the 2nd time. Lower monthly payment than what they originally offer me?
