Carrington Loan Mod tel numbers

hi all, i faxed in all the paper work to carrington, but i want to double check that it is actually in the process. it should be at the loan mod dept., but i have not spoken to anyone who can actually tell me. so, does anyone have actually direct tel numbers into the loan mod dept. with an actual extension number for a live body to try and develop actual communications with?
