Chase loan mod - Loan Modification Forum

I am now waiting and they told me to wait intil 01/01/09 for the loan mod to go trough. All my paperwork they have for about 5 weeks. It is really getting difficult to wait. Does anyone knows if the Chase get the funds for Loan Mods at 3%-4.5% loans?

Get the funds for loan mods at 3-4.5%??? I am not sure what you mean, but they do offer loan modifications on their portfolio loans at those rates on some occasions.
