I contact a short sale agent she takes over the contact with Aurora and gets a offer on the house and submits it to Aurora who just assigned a negotiator to the house but the house is in foreclosure and due to be sold in December my husband and I would love to be able to keep our home the bank could keep refusing the offers so as to sell at auction to get more money, has this happened to anyone on the forum? I know of at least one case but it misfired and the owners are now squatting are we all destined to be squatters not home owners? |

He explained the process and stated if I had started with a lawyer instead of trying to work with the bank it would have been less complicated but all you read on the Fha or Hope websites deal with the bank first but some of us have tried that and failed. I read on the website the concerns of being able to pay lawyer fees and I to am wondering where I can get the money to pay I took out personal loans to keep my home . Do any of the lawyers on the website take payments? |
