GMAC modification help - Loan Modification Forum

i applied for loan modication twice,due to hardship.first one wait i have to wait for a package in 30 days until now none.i received multiples from them with no specifique answers.i applied a second times wait for 30 days you received a package .i keep on receiving multiples calls,with no clear answers what should the house value went way down,my bank is GMAC help,help....

Daniele,

You would need to call GMAC Loss Mitigation to get the answers as to where your paperwork is at................

i call they said i'm not giong to get a answer now,matter of fact 3 of them just call me back ,stated my house going on foreclosure next month.just few minutes ago.please ,please,somebody,a samaritan with a heart of gold help me,everything i have gone already,that's the only thing i have left.

That is collections that is calling you..............not loss mitigation............

if you can not do this yourself.............call HOPE to get some assistance and put together the hardship and financials with you............they can also help you in contacting GMAC........
