IndyMac Loan MOds back in July

Hello all ( and ***)

***: just spoke to Indymac again...... They still claim that they are 45-60 days behind in processing all mods. And mine should update soon.
Now mind you; I send mine back to them in July. My account is still not updated and they are still reporting past due to all three credit agencies. As of August 1st, I should not be past due. Do you think I should hire an attorney? They are bound to honor this mod, right?

Re: IndyMac Loan MOds back in July

Newyorker, will you keep us updated. I also just sent my approved loan mod last week. The person I talked to from Indymac did said it will take 45-60 days to update everything as they are processing massive amounts of loan mods and that they don't have enough man power to process them all. Also I believe the form 4506T takes a long time to receive back. But in your case it's been over 3 mos. That is a long time. Please let us know your progress. Thanks.
