New here, not sure where to post this question... - Loan Modification Forum

Hi, I apologize if this is posted in the wrong section but I have a question. Right now we are facing forclosure. I can't lose my house. I am in contact with (name removed). I was wondering if anyone has heard of them or used them ever?

I have checked them out on the BBB but I am still scared that after they have their money they will tell me there is nothing that they can do for me. Even though the person I am working with told me that he does not see any problems that would come up.

I am behind on my mortgage but not as behind as some of the people he has told me that he has helped.

I am just so afraid for this not to work and go through.

I am sure there are some reputable companies out there, however, on this forum, we can only attest to the validity of the attorney that works in conjunction with Loan Safe for the members that do not want to apply for a modification on their own, but instead wish to hire an attorney to help with the modification process.

Thank you very much for your reply! I am checking out that link right now. I am so stressed about this whole modification process, it is scary.

I am glad to hear that there ARE good compaines out there. I only wish I had found this forum sooner. Just by looking around and reading posts I am getting some good information.
