WAMU story

First off let me start by saying we are a Countrywide success story. Because of this site, we were able to contact Countrywide who has been worderful about working with us. She gave us a special forebearance for 90 days reducing our payment about 1000 per month. Thank you over and over again. I have friend who has WAMU and they have been horrible to her. She has a sale date on 10/22, been assigned a negoiator who took a quick look at her expenses and denied her request for a modification. She tried to explain that she has additional income she forgot to add to the expense sheet, but the negoiator will not even take her calls or return her call. Who else can she contact? Does anyone have a name my sister can contact at WAMU before her sale date on 10/22.

That is 5 business days away.....there isn't time............at this point your sister would need to speak with an attorney to help her...........especially since WaMu is not responding...........and has denied a modification.....

Dear ***,

Thanks for the info, but WAMU finally returned my Sister's call and they are reviewing the numbers. It looks as though WAMU was missing some info so now that they have all the numbers they are going to approve the modification. Had it not been for loansafe we would never have known exactly what to do. This website is truly a blessing. Thanks again.
