Is there a number for Aurora's Executive Resolution Team? - Loan Modification Forum

I am working with Aurora and can not seem to get anyone capable or willing to answer my loan questions. Does anyone have a better resource? I have called "headquarters" and the woman who picks up send me to Tech support and areas that can not help me. Thanks in advance!

What is ALS servicing? You had not started a thread telling the info on your loan, and it is helpful for us to have all of the information, but you had said in another post that Ocwen holds your 1st and 2nd............

Threads are a new thing for me...hate to admit it. But this is on 2 seperate properties. I will post the loan history later today or in the morning I have to pick kids up from school. Thanks ***

I don't have any executive number for them, but if this is a different contact number than you have been trying.............see if you get further using it.....

If you want to get in contact with someone from the executive team, write a letter explaining your situation and address it to CEO Ralph Lenzi. The address 10350 Park Meadows Drive, Littleton, CO 80124. You should get a response within a week or two.
