I have applied for a mod with my primary home, held by Aurora. I also need a mod with my rental property with ASC. I have had the property for 9yrs, 2 with ASC. I am self employed as a home remodeler, and while I own my primary with my wife, I am the only person on the rental property. I do not know how to adjust the income on the financial worksheet, or what to list for liabilities. I pay myself $8000 in w-2 income from my company, and can provide a signed lease for rent to cover the rental mortgage. With bank statements i can show more, but how shoul I list for my primary mortgage, and housing expenses? I have not had a tenant for over a year, and was forced to do a complete gut rehab on the property due to mold issues. The house still needs a kitchen, bathroom and flooring. I have paid for everything out of my pocket, but with business very slow, I am now 4 months behind. I have someone ready to move in once I get things finished, but I need time and the loan restructured. the current balance is $126k, and it is an adjustable rate loan currently at 9.075%. My packet is complete and ready to be sent off, but I would really appreciate any advice offered. Ridgear |
