Saxon Modification

Supposedly, I received a loan modification from Saxon to start on 8-01-08. I sent back the loan modification papers and a cashier's check for $1704.00 on 7-22-08. The loan modification was with J.P. Morgan Chase. They have never returned the signed loan mod back to me despite several requests. They never gave me any disclosures with the package regarding my fees, etc. On 8-18-08, I received a statement stating that I was already delinquent in the amount of $1,590.88 and had fees of $480.00 and a late charge of $69.55. I called and spoke with a man that said that I needed to pay the PITI and fees and late charges to be current. I asked for my paperwork. It was never sent. On 9-2-08, Rosa called to speak with me about my payments. All of a sudden, she said I was still in loan modification and not to worry about payments yet and hung up. I then received a statement showing that my escrow had increased to $521.06 per month, plus a fee of $38.00 and that I now owed $5,270.94 to be current. I have not sent them any money as I do not have a fully executed contract for the loan. I keep asking for it and the last conversation was with Andrew, who informed me that he did not know who had my loan. He asked me to fax him over a letter that was dated 9-18-08, showing Wachovia Bank as the creditor as he did not know who the lender was. The letter stated that they were going to file Lis Pendens if I did not send them $3,358.88 by 10-18-08 by cashier's check. The letter also states that more monies may be due to stop the Lis Pendens.
Andrew said he would get back with me. He has not done that. I do not know if I have a loan or who it is with. I do not understand my escrow account. I would love it if somebody can help me. I thought I was doing the right thing by accepting a rate reduction from 12%-9.1% even though it didn't help that much. I paid 12% for almost a year until I couldn't do it anymore. With the fees and escrows that they have added onto my account, I am paying more than I originally was. This home is in need of serious repairs. I have a matching fund grant from My Florida Safe program to replace inoperable windows, raise the lanai doors as the family room floods during heavy rains and replace an inoperable garage door. None of this can be done as I am not sure if I have a loan. There are other serious repair issues. I am a realtor and a mortgage broker. This house is not worth half of what I owe. It is still my home and I am trying to save it. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
