What's going on with First Franklin????

Hello Everyone:

I was on a payment plan with First Franklin my orginal mortgage was $1,100 ,interest rate adjusted in June at $1,700. Fell way behind almost in foreclosure however was able to get a payment plan of $2,300 per month. Needless to say could not make those payments and now back in foreclosure. I have tried Loan Modifications however just getting the round around so I'm just going to borrow the money to catch up payments. My question is when we went through the foreclosure process the first time we were sent letters everyday from attorneys and investors saying we will buy your home bla,bla,bla... However this time around we have not gotten anything. We did get a letter stating that the sale will be in November, but that's it. After reading the forum it looks like something is going on with First Franklin. Does anyone no anything about this. I am tempted to call them myself and ask is are loan going to be sold. We are still going to catch up the payments before November but I was just curious on some other options.

First Franklin is still servicing loans and if anything were to happen with them as a servicer, your loan would be transferred to another servicer............you would need to call and see what options the investor on your loan has.........

I don't really know what is going on with ff I had my loan with them and just yesterday we were sent to sps for the first loan and ff is holding the second and I was told that we have to start the loan mod all over again with sps. FF sucks and they like everyone else just don't care they got there money and to bad for the rest of us. The goverment is a jock and I will not be voting this year. I fill that I am just sitting waiting for them to come get the house when it gets to the point of where we can't afford it. We were behind and in may got our account up to date and has kept it that way and will go as long as we can. Good luck to you and all.
