Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Re: FHA " Housing Recovery Bill " It isn't a modification................it is a new FHA loan that you need to go to an FHA approved lender and apply for it................and your current lender would have to be willing to accept a short payoff which you would need to call and ask if they are participating...............you can not own any other properties and if you have a second on the property it would need to be extinguished.................... you can find an FHA approved lender in your area by going to www.fha.gov and on the right side of the page you can search lenders.
