World Savings Option Arms were securitized. Moodys and Bloomberg lists the trusts. NEED PSA

A good friend had taken out an Option Arm in late 2007, its easily verified on Moodys website there are multiple Option Arm RMBS listed, currently Wells Fargo is foreclosing on my friend. His attorney claims we need the PSA agreement, since the World Loans were private placement, rule 144a eligible, how can we get the documents??

He missed his opportunity to file for discovery, we did have an affadavit from William McCafferty stating that he found the loan in World REMIC 31, yet he claims he cannot supply the necessary hard data, the system he used is "propriety"

Our attorney feels he might have provided false information.

Hi - We too took out an option arm in lat 2007 with World Savings. Did you find out more? How is your case progressing? I have been told that my loan is probably in REMIC 31 but that it was a private securitization so I can't find it - would love to know how you are getting on.
