Hi

Thanks everyone,this forume is awesome,I was so devasted and then i discover this site.Anyway I emailed to couple of people frank.sillman@imb.com and mitch.oringer@imb.com and got a respond somebody from Default Risk Management Advocate contacted me ,lets see what hapens next.I'll keep you posted.Don't give up,keep writing and calling. And THANK YOU *** you are the best!!!!!!

hello eveyone,don't give up.O got my loan modification,they lower my margin for 3 years. and everything was done less then a week,after 6 month of promisses.Dont even ask them to mail you the paperwork cuz we all know it gets lost in th mailor whatever lies they will come up with.Its available in email format,they can email it to you,as simple as it is,takes 2 sec.So good luck,and remember no matter what they tell you don't give up,that shows how bad you need it.

I am curious to hear any updates! Is all still well? I am going to write Indymac as well, but really wanted to be kept up to date as to your situation.

Yes it is still well,just god my new statement for new lower mortgage payment and change my due date,which works better for me .I had to pay a late fee,and I was late on one payment,so they added it to my mortgage balance.Like I said don't give up,and don't procrastinate,you have to be persistent,it shows that you really need it.
