Smile I just realized

Moe, ***
I just realized that our income is now in a low income bracket.

I was looking for another apartment because my landlord is raising my rent in two months for $1775 a month. We can't afford it so we are starting the search for another place and it's really expensive.

Do you know according to:
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
2008 San Diego Median Income is: $72,100
Our retirement checks per year is $43,400, we used to make triple of that amount per year, but thanks to that uninsured driver that hit me, the accident he caused me really ruined our lives.

According to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
if your income for two per year is $$44,250, you are in a low income bracket and if you make $31,600 for two you are in a very low income bracket.

But because we owned two vehicles and sold my house at a loss, did Short Sale, we are not eligible to buy a HUD house, not eligible for Section 8 and not eligible for affordable housing. We have looked for jobs but we are just passing the tests and no interviews, and if we have passed the test, we have not passed the interview. I guess employers nowadays look at your age, I am 59 years old and my husband is 60 years old.

My husband wants to rent a Senior Apartment but I don't want to rent a Senior Apartment because when my children visits us on weekends and holidays, they can at least sleep in one of the rooms, in Senior Apartment there's so much restriction. Am I on catch 22?

We are probably renting a 1 bedroom apartment and I thank God that we are still alive and well. Thank God that my worries and problems with CW is over and I just thank Him over and over that we can still walk, talk and eat and no bills to pay but my rent, food and 1 credit card.

Thank you Moe, thank you ***, thank you Professor Shays and thank you Andrew. Most of all, thank you Father God, to God be the glory.

In this world we have tribulations, but I'll be of good cheer, Jesus has overcome the world and so can we.

Faith
