We need much more information than this to offer any type of assistance if we can............. What is the interest rate? What is the loan amount? Is it fixed or adjustable? If adjustable when is it adjusting? Are you paying interest only or PITI? Are your payments current or behind? What state are you in? When you put together your household income versus the household expenses do you show a surplus of at least $100-$250 left at the end of the month?
