Hi everyone....my user name says it all - Loan Modification Forum

I am a MIA ARM Sucker......well I purchased my home in Miami for 305k with a 2yr ARM, since I purchased at the top of the market, and the market is down, I am now upside down in my house, my house now appraises for 260k...nice huh? My mortgage is currently 2400 a month.....and we are totally overextended....our bank, HSBC gave us the run around about a Modifiation for 6 months then declined us....My mortgage adjusted up about $500....I dont know what else to do....a friend of mine told me about this site...glad she did, you guys think I can tap into your infinate wisdom? Please

....any and all help is appriciated

Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining............

HSBC is extremely difficult to deal with........
we have only had one member get a fixed rate from HSBC for longer than 6 months and that was only on a second..............
unfortunately everyone else has only been offered the 6 month program when getting approved for a modification...........

I just wanted to thank you ***.....my modification was finally approved after emailing a couple of Big Wigs at HSBC....I could have done it without this website....our home is safe, atleast for another 6 months...thanks to this website
