New Housing Bill Questions - Loan Modification Forum

HI all,

I have a question. As a result of this new legislation. Will there be any benefits or options available for people with a fixed interest rate on their current mortgage who have fallen behind on payments' or can not afford their payments?

Or is it still only focused on people with ARM's & Interest only loans?

Also, how does one apply are there anymore details yet?
