apr adjustment - Loan Modification Forum

My loan just adjusted up 3 Percent. I can hardly make my payments. I have never been late or missed a payment. Rates went from 5.9 to 8.9.
How and who can I get help from.

Who is your lender?
One loan or two?
Is your payment interest only or are your paying escrows?
What state are you in?
When you put together your household income versus household expenses are you able to show a surplus of $100-$250 left at the end of the month?

Have you contacted your lender yet to see what options are available since your interest rate adjusted and you are having trouble making payments?
