This signature on my Substitution of Trustee document can't be legit. Anyone recognize this?

Just received copies of my "Substitution of Trustee" and "notice of trustee's sale" documents and immediately i recognized the signature of one "Susan Humphrey" as a signature that I've seen on many other foreclosure documents around the web.

I'd love to use this in my case as I begin my fight, though not sure how effective it will be to try to prove that the signature is not real.

Unfortunately, I can't recall on which website I saw multiple copies of similar docs with the same signature but a different name. I was hoping that some of you may be able to help. I hope this isn't an exercise in futility.

    Anyway, here's the sig:

Thanks in advance for any help.

This is called Robo Signing. The banks contract out foreclosure mills, such as David Stern in Fort Lauderdale, Fl, these are legal teams that hire ordinary people to sign foreclosure paperwork to expedite the process of preparing a foreclosure lawsuit. I would love to be able to help you out. Give me a call and we can get into detail. Thanks in advance for your response.

I guess I figured it was standard robo signing, but honestly, how can this not get challenged? Why isn't anyone asking for the real signatures? Why aren't these people being deposed? Why are suits not being filed?

I want to find other examples of the same signature with different names. Can anyone help?
