    The scope of the problem is that you have millions and millions of mortgages going into foreclosure. Hence, many mistakes will be made and when a mistake is made with a mortgage it can mean a foreclosure gone bad.

    Often these are "human" mistakes by employees or contractors for these lenders etc.

    So what I got from this article Fannie and Freddie is pushing home foreclosures, and the banks pushing foreclosures. Then who is on the home owners side?
