BofA sold second to Real time resolution; hlp

I posted this prior but didnt get much response so i wanted to repost to see if anyone had a personal experience with real time resolution. I had a 1st anf 2nd with Bof A. BofA sold my second to real time resolutions and modified my first. Real time resolution is now threatening to file suit after not making payments. I submitted an offer for 10% and they are asking for financials. Im on unemployment for the last year and have under 10k in bank savings....I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE, HELP, Or your personal experience. I would like to just settle the loan and be done with it . Can I do this without having to submit all the crap they ask for. I dont have full amount (40000).????Please heeellllp. Also once it was sold did it become an unsecure loan like a credit card debt?

I am also in same boat. Mine is a purchase money HELOC with WF. Currently it is in Pre charge off(150 days). I submitted an Offer. They asked me all the financials and i said i am not giving it. So the conversation is stand still. May be after charge off they might talk to me more..who knows...
