I just talked to the lender (WAMU) and the person I talked to said there's nothing they can do to postpone the sale date. I just need 2 more weeks, to get our affairs in order and find a place to live. I'm worried about being kicked out on the street and what would happen to our belongings if we aren't moved out by the 9th. Having trouble renting another home because of the foreclosure. Our BK attorney said we might not be able to make it in time to file the BK to postpone the sale. I'm really scared and don't know what to do next. Anyone out there know of a way to get a bank to push a sale date by just a couple of weeks? We just need until the end of June, then we'll be OK. Thanks in advance! |
