Waiting on FF Loan Mod

I have also been waiting since January. I called two weeks ago and was told to fax my latest pay stubs again and they would put off any foreclosure, since I had received an initial letter. I faxed the info and within a week received a certified letter with notice of foreclosure and sale of my house.

I have called back and been given the name of a Marci, who has my file. I have called and left messages with no return phone call. I am in desparate need of finding a solution to my problem.

I have given them all the information they have requested. I am looking for a loan modification to lower my interest rate and set up a payment plan to bring my loan current. I am also fighting to find one month's payment they have lost. I have sent them my bank statement and cancelled check but they will not get the matter solved.

Any help will be appreciated. Al.

In order to find out about the missing payment and where it was applied you would need to write a QWR and send it certified mail return receipt requested to the First Franklin customer service address on the back of your statement.......click on the link below for more information..........

They may have put that payment into a suspense account. They did that to me as well because I made a partial payment. I never got them to apply it correctly either.
