Just Putting these thoughts..~ my Thoughts..~ Out here ..~
~to everyone..~ experiencing this..~ or any FYI's..~ to be given.. on Medical issues..
My story.. I have had some Medical Problems/Lost time from Work/Some Surgery /More Surgery Upcoming..etc.., and without going into Particulars..of List of My Health Issues.. is hasn't been a very Pleasant ride..as all of you know with or without health issues.. but who doesn't have a t least some these days..((Made All My Mtg. Payments though AND on time No Lates... well This Month no can do!!)) hmmmm..~ A Sad/Shame..~***
My Stress Level has gone to the Stars..
My medication(s) List is riveting.. and I DON'T want to be on these
Bad I KNOW bad Me I started Smoking again...
Other than my financial (cashed in my retirement, etc.)
My Health is suffering.. from these 2 1/2 years of trying to stay afloat..with Predatory Pratices ..and Is there anything that can be done in a Class Action Form? OR any Posts or People on Here that would like to comment on this..Please?! I was thinking about this today in my car on route to my Normal Faxing activities..~ and thought you Know its Kind a Bad in America to get treated so Poorly..when Our ForeFathers/Mothers/Sisters and Brothers Made this land for the Free and the Brave.. I feel Brave do you..?? I get welled up in tears just thinking about the Mis-treatment of Follow Americans..!! Thanks For Reading..! Tracyann

This is a travesty Tracyann. The social impacts are devastating people, families, homes and lives across our country.

I have been contacted by a major university that may be working with us here at Loan Safe to measure the impact that this has on peoples lives. The human and emotional toll.

From day one when I started writing my blog, people were reaching, I mean crying out to me for help. I knew that something had to be done. It's tough for me because this forum and my websites reach across the country and all I am is one man with a computer, yet, this forum has touched so many.

As far as the class action goes, I am all game for something like that and I am in touch with a few law firms where we are exploring that. It is costly and very risky going against lenders, but this is the perfect forum to organize a class action or movement.

The FDA approving more and More Drugs every Single Day with mOre and More side effects so That you need More and More.. For Our Health? nah ..More Moolah..~For? yup you guessed it right..! HA! makes me wanna Puke!

When we Smoke or do/have done things we Need to sign a Waiver For a *New* Life Insurance Policy...~ (( Oh Yeah ..that thing Called "Accountability"!!..~))

How can we all(Homeowners..) Begin to Calculate the Time/Energy?LIFE Lost over such Tragic Events to Make some of this awful stuff(Lies,& Deceptive Pred Practices..etc..) accountable for Our Future Security ..since Many of US Used Our Money Securities.. Now are Burdened With OUR Health?..andStress Related indignaties(sp.? sorry..)

If I went Out tomorrow Morning and Robbed the First national Bank it would be a Federal Crime and Very Heavy Time to Serve Most likely..
So How can these Snakes/Predators/Un-ethical Bonus Money Making CROOKS get away with Fed laws twisted..dis-missed... changed and this Total Madness of all the Cruel acts to family's and Elderly.. esp. Children.. Who simply Had a Dream?

I love your analogy's. You are like me in how you can compare this to any other travesty where people are helped or placed in jail. It is so true and such BS.

I used to post often on the forum, but lately I have been planning and organizing bigger things to reach more people and also to align with the media, and to organize some consumer activism. Yes, that is what we need, is more organization of the homeowners and we can do that here. More letter campaigns, petitions, rallies etc.

Hang on to your dream Tracyann and do not let ANYONE EVER take that away from you.

This was (is) so Nice to read after being up til 3AM playing my First Game(& 22 thereafter..~) of the Newly Found "Free Cell" on my Vista Window New Computer..!Keeping my mind off of things.. it worked,,~! LOL Like you I am moving onto Bigger things ,well, eventually as I am taking studies at home for My Biz at home to supplement my Income hopefully sooner than later now~ So, Between You, My New friend Donald Barrett, the CEO and founder of my New Venture I surely AM in great hands for future mentoring /guidance..
