    Yes I would love to hear also, any rate over 7%, especially on a 1st mortgage, I feel is just ridiculous!!!

    Mine is (was?) 9.42% with a 9.75% APR--Attorney looked at my loan and said it was more like 12% if all the excessive origination/nonsense/padding to the mortgage broker's pockets fees were included.

    I am at 10%. They have made a but loan of money off of us over the last 6 years, the buck stops now-a modification or we are out.
