Active duty, moved because of orders and can't sell, help!!!

I am an on active duty. I bought a house in GA in 2007 and received orders to move to VA in 2009. The house was worth less than i paid for it, so i could not sell it. So i got some renters, but i was adding about $500 to make the mortgage every month. Now the renters have moved out because the husband lost his job. I just found out i will be deployed to Afghanistan in January. My father who has been sick for several months in Africa just passed away, so i have to worry about funeral expenses.

Pls help!!! Isn't there any provision for military folks who are on miltary orders and are moved against their will.
I have never missed any payment and i am afraid to, because i don't want this to mess up my credit, but all my savings has been exhausted. I stumbled on your website on google.

I will appreciate any advice you give.

Is this the only house you own? I would try for a modification if I were you.

You'd have to talk to the bank directly on the leave issue, not a common question on the forum, maybe you can do a search.
