You are apparently trying to get your loan modified or you would not be here. There is a wealth of information here. So much in fact, your head will probably spin trying to read it all.
I would suggest you start your own “thread” relating your steps in the process of attempting to get your loan modified.
If you are looking for specific information, click on the “search” button in the blue line where you see “User CP, FAQ, etc.” There is also an advanced search to help you find what you are looking for.
You can start this by clicking on “Forum” at the top, then “Tell Us Your Story!”. Here you will see several other categories, like “Countrywide Home Loans – Tell Us Your Countrywide Story,” “Citi Mortgage and Citi Financial Homeowner Help Center,” “Chase Mortgage,” “Wells Fargo-ASC”, etc. Please find your appropriate category and click on the link (the link is the category that is underlined.)
Click on “New Thread” next to the page numbers and give your “thread” a title, like “My Story of a Loan Mod”, something like that.
Most of us have been attempting to get our loans modified for quite some time now. Some have tried for over a year. We have collectively created a petition to the US Government to help us with this ridiculously long and frustrating process.

We can make a difference as to how the loan modifications are being done. If you do not agree with all of the contents of the petition, you are free to leave your comments. By signing the petition, we will have power in numbers and perhaps we can make a difference together.
In the meantime, be prepared to spend a lot of time in this process, have patience, vent your frustrations, gain knowledge, make friends, and join a group that will force the government to change their current policies and offer those who are qualified, a loan modification.
