I just read this blog, while following up on some information for my own disaster here, and came across this blog posting.

Foreclosure Rescue Scams | MFI Mod Squad

They make derogatory comments about MOE who simply posted GOOD questions that they could not answer on a previous blog... He EXPOSED yet another HUGE rescue scam that was taking thousands from homeowners who didn't have it to spare.

What a CROCK! As far as I know Moe hasn't screwed anybody in here. He didn't leave us in the lurch! I know he's still keeping track. For God's sake he didn't shut down the site...At this point I feel that he has given some in here the push they needed to get out of the nest, and fly on their own. This Community is stronger than just one man. He just had the courage to start a place for us to go.......people who are threatened,have nothing better to do than try to cut the legs off other people.
