(no one would by this home, we owe $789K and the market for our home is $400K) I have sent our package to there corporate office, the mod center and to the trustee. I intend to send the mod package daily to the mod center just to irritate them. Maybe by sending it daily someone will look at it. |

Then I got a short sale buyer, went through hell until I contacted Kelley cooper spencer, she got me with loss mitigation people. Got hell again later and no responses so this time I contacted her again and sent a letter and emails to all the contacts I found on this board. Wow! I now talk to my negotiator, he is working to get the short sale approved (it is less than 50% of loan but that is where the value is today). The foreclosure was postponed again and we should have resolution soon. They did ask for me to bring $8k in over 5 years which I insisted I couldn't do as I am still unemployed. My negotiator got that waived too so persistance pays and so does emailing and calling all the reps you can. Please take copious notes with name and id's of people you speak with. I read the notes back to the them to verify what they have said too. GOod luck |
