I recieved a trial payment period offer. I have paid all three payments as agreed and got a phone call from Indymac telling me that I need to make a fourth payment that they are still working on my modification. I made the fourth payment and called a customer service rep and he told me on the notes it said"will call customer to discuss payment options". What does that mean? I emailed some people from the blogs that were suggested and got immediate responses. Ms. Mann told me it said on my file I will recieve a package in 7 to 14 days. Mr. Friedman told me he would get someone to reach out to me. It has been a few days and havent recieved the package and have not been contacted. If anyone has any advice please let me know. I have completed the three month trial period and just paid a fourth month. Everytime I call they tell me I should be getting something in the mail in 7 to 14 days. Supposed to be by the 23rd of October. |
