Forclosure

Does anyone know if it is illegal to have your house demolished just before it goes to forclosure?

I have looked through my loan contract and it says nothing in there about it. I am pretty sure you can do anything to improve your home, I will simply say I had planned on rebuilding it but never got the modification papers in the mail and had already knocked it down...sorry! LMAO J/K for now anyways.

Re: Forclosure

Since it is considered theft or fraud to take fixtures out of a house (attached to property vs personal property within) before foreclosure, I would assume tearing down the house would be a huge problem.

But what if the house as is has no value and the land might be more valuable without the house on it. Than you would be doing them a favor by tearing the house down!

Thank you for the laugh! That was GREAT!

However, please don't destroy the house. We need you for the class action lawsuit.

LOL..sign me up, I am ready!!!

Technically, if I say I was rebuilding and thought I would have the money to put it back up it seems like it would be OK to do...LMAO

I finally after 57 emails which BTW I made certain to CC the attorney generals office, the BBB, the banking dept, the whitehouse, every news channel thathad email address....FINALLY, I have recieved some phone calls from executives at Bank of America regarding the HAMP application....can't wait to see what the next phase of the run around will be. Let me know when we are ready for the class action, if you can't find me at my house, I will one of the guys in the cardboard box set up in the parking lot of Bank of America.

Bank of America is a Joke, in the process of dealing with them I have become pretty funny!

What else can we do but make light of it, in the end they will lose...one way or the other so I have to make jokes now to keep my sanity!!
